SET- OFF
- Without prejudice to any other provisions contained in the Rules, the Association shall be entitled to set off any amount due from a Member to the Association against any amount due to such Member from the Association.
- No claim of any nature whatsoever by a Member against the Association shall constitute any set-off against any call or other sums of any nature whatsoever due to the Association, nor shall any such claim entitle the Member to withhold or delay payment to the Association at any time.
