MARITIME MUTUAL LAUNCHES NEW DOCUMENT VERIFICATION PORTAL

The Association is pleased to announce the launch of a Document Verification Portal, accessible via our website. This portal will enable Maritime Authorities and other authorised entities to verify the validity and authenticity of associated documents. This initiative aligns with the requirements of many authorities, including guidance from the IMO, and is expected to facilitate smoother interactions for our Members while providing assurance that the documentation being presented is genuine.

The following documents will be securely accessible online:

  • Certificates of Entry
  • Endorsements
  • CLC Blue Cards
  • Bunker Blue Cards
  • MLC Certificates
  • Wreck Removal Blue Cards
  • Wreck Removal Regulation Certificate (WRRC)

Please note that only documents issued on or after the 13th of December will be available to verify through the portal.

To assist users, some Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) are provided below, addressing common inquiries related to the portal’s functionality and usage.

We are confident that this enhancement will streamline processes for our Members and contribute to their peace of mind when interacting with authorities.
