CONDITIONS OF RECOVERY
No costs shall be recoverable from the Association unless:
- they have been incurred with the prior written consent of the Managers, or
- they have been incurred by the Association on behalf of the Member in accordance with General rule 19.2 (employment of lawyers and others), or
- the Directors in their discretion shall decide that they were reasonably incurred and ought in all the circumstances to be borne by the Association.
