LAID UP RETURNS

Unless otherwise agreed, laid up returns (if any) will be made in accordance with Clause 23 of the Institute Time Clauses – Hulls 1.11.95 and the Joint Hull Committee Scale of Returns applicable to risks written after 1^_st November 1975.
